The Cake

Thanks to Mom and Katie, I have decided to post the cake. I didn't post it before now on purpose. It didn't match the picture in my head or the one in the magazine. But the boys didn't care so I guess I shouldn't. I was supposed to use pound cake but what 6 year old likes pound cake? Besides, I had some sheet cakes in the freezer and I hated to buy something when I already had cake. They weren't thick enough and I was in too much of a hurry to layer them more so I have only my own impatience to blame. So, here it is. Yes, those are animal crackers riding on the back hoe. Jeff got a little slap happy when he was crushing them for dirt and decided they needed a lift.
