A Night of Fun

After what seemed like an eternity to my two, it finally arrived. Theo changed his mind about his costume at least 5 times before that evening but Leah knew what she wanted to be from the start. Yes, Mom, this is your old dress from your 20's. She is Josefina, the American Girl. She crocheted and sewed the bag around her waist to match the one mentioned in the book.

Theo finally settled on being a police officer. At first he was going to be Darth Vader, then a medieval knight, and then Luke Skywalker. He kept changing his mind, back and forth, between all those choices. Finally it came down to comfort. He loved his knight costume we made for the Medieval Feast (you'll see that in the next post) but it wasn't very easy to move around in.

After hitting the neighborhood, Jeff and the kids headed out to a fall festival at an area church. The loved all the games...
